An Online Store is where you can sell your products or services and receive payments through an online payment gateway of your choice. In basic stores, we use WordPress with its WooCommerce plugin for online commerce.

What takes the most time in developing an online store is the internal structure (SEO, product categories, H1 H2 H3 H4 titles, the internal store map) and the design (UI/UX). The basic online store has an internal structure designed for small local businesses, startups, SMEs with 3 levels of navigation.

It is optimized for SEO search engines, Blog (content), and mobile adaptation (responsive). Your customers can pay you with all bank cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc. If you have a business bank account, we can also activate payment through your bank.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

• WordPress website with the WooCommerce plugin.
• UX-BUILDER FLATSOME or Elementor page builder (License valid only during the warranty year).
• Only one design review is allowed.
• Private Section: training in UX-BUILDER or Elementor, Brevo, Google My Business, and Meta Business.
• Pages: Customer service, legal terms, frequently asked questions, contact, home, about, etc. These are the default pages included on all websites, and additional pages can be created depending on the project.
• Adapted for computer, tablet, and mobile (responsive).
• Up to 50/80 products (simple, variable, and composite. Variations count as a product, but common variations like size or color are not counted as a product as long as they don’t have a complex configuration).
• Out-of-stock product notification.
• Email marketing connection with Brevo or Klaviyo. Standard options are activated here: Subscription form in footer and page, simple personalized confirmation email, brand configuration.
• Abandoned cart setup with Brevo or plugin.
• Upsells configuration, the frequently bought together plugin can be activated.
• WhatsApp button.
• Corporate emails: I’ll provide a video on how to set up corporate emails, we only set up 2 synchronized emails with corporate signatures, usually for contact and store.
• Google Marketing Platform: connection with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Merchant Center, and activation/optimization of Google My Business.
• Google My Business: PDF label customized for your project.
• Meta Facebook: I’ll provide a video in the private area showing how to synchronize products with WhatsApp, activate the store on Instagram, and synchronize everything with your online store.
• TikTok Business: Similarly to Facebook, I’ll provide a video on how to activate the TikTok store. If you want us to handle synchronization and optimization, it has an additional cost.
• 1 year of warranty: Covers the website as delivered and updates for Flatsome/Elementor and WordPress (only when it affects the website’s functionality).

NOT INCLUDED

• Legal texts: We provide some legal texts from our studio that you will need to adapt to your project. They are indicative texts. We can adapt the legal texts to your project with a law firm for a fee. It is extremely important that the shipping and returns section is very clear to avoid future problems.
• Graphic material for the entire website.
• Branding or corporate identity.
• Texts for the entire website.
• Premium plugins.
• Flatsome or Elementor license.
• Domain and hosting.

• The online store will be delivered within a maximum of 3 months once all materials are provided. If all materials are not provided, the agreed delivery date cannot be met, and we will have to set a new delivery date.
• When we have payment confirmation, you will receive an email with the access link and password to upload all the necessary data to start building the online store:
• Remember that we need access to your domain and hosting.
• Only one design review is allowed.
• Essential materials:

  2. Product photos.
  3. Product descriptions and prices.
  4. Banners and corporate photos for the store.
  5. Branding or corporate identity.
